Amy Regan Bsc (Hons)


I graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Sport Rehabilitation (Bsc). My reasons for going into this profession were due to having been an athlete struggling with injury I wanted to understand the body and how to prevent Sports- related injuries. I have always been a keen sportswoman with a lifelong passion for athletics where I competed in middle distance running and the heptathlon! Another interest of mine is strength training as this is key to any rehabilitation and performance training. I am an accredited member of the British Association of Sport Rehabilitators and Trainers (BASRAT). I have had experiance in working with the following:

My goals are to not only help in the management of your injury but to prevent them! I believe good health and physical exercise is an essential part of our lives and should be of high priority in your daily routine! Whether you are a complete beginner or an elite sportsperson there are ways in which I can help you on your journey!
